Still under construction this highly desirable flat in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea will undergo a whole house transformation, creating a modern family home and will be turned into a bright, light and airy home by pushing daylight deep into the house.
The existing house had a very long footprint with a series of introverted rooms that acted as a barrier to the rear open space. By remodelling and redesigning the entire space the project has created a much needed second bedroom-study. A modest glass pod has been inserted to infill what was a dark and unused courtyard and will double the size of a new kitchen-living area.
